The kitchen offers the perfect conditions to cook with the whole family or friends, the living-dining room has direct access to the balcony that has a table and chairs where you can sit quietly or enjoy your meals. Both of the rooms have double beds, 180 x 200 cm, one of the rooms has a bath en Suite, equipped with a bathtub and two sinks.
The roof terrace has a comfortable Lounge-style sofa and sun loungers, also a table, chairs and a barbecue.

Payment and cancellation policy
If there is a difference of more than one month between the day of booking and the day of arrival, a 50% payment of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival. If there is a difference of less than one month between the day of booking and the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged on the day of booking.
In the event of cancellation, all payments already made will be re-credited within 7 days according to the cancellation policy.
