Payment and cancellation policy
Bookings canceled up to 21 days before the arrival date. The renter receives a refund of 100%. There are no booking fees for the tourist.
Bookings canceled up to 10 days before the arrival date. The renter receives a refund of 50%. For the amount that the landlord retains, the tenant will be charged with booking fees.
If there is a difference of more than one month between the day of booking and the day of arrival, a 50% payment of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival. If there is a difference of less than one month between the day of booking and the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged on the day of booking.
In the event of cancellation, all payments already made will be re-credited within 7 days according to the cancellation policy.
